Purpose
Responsible for formulating HR plans in partnership with the business. Provides HR support to line management. Acts as a consultant for specific HR related activities and programs.
Manage the HR Function in the country to support the global organisation and maximise synergies in an optimal cost environment.
Key Performance Indicators:
-Management of direct and indirect HR cost centre budget
-Benchmark cost HR function
-Deployment of HR strategies and programs
- Consistent & aligned people practices
- Line Manager capability in people management
Role is accountable for building the organizational capability and capacity to deliver the strategic business direction, developing and implementing the talent agenda for the Line of Business (LOB)/Functional Service Unit (FSU) across a region.
The role sets the HR strategy that aligns to the business and delivers through partnership with HR Shared Services and Centers of Expertise.
Key Performance Indicators: Delivery of Strategic Workforce plan & impact on business results, Talent Development, Employee Engagement Survey, Diversity, productivity and labour cost management.
