Major Responsibilities
- Responsible for making outbound calls (proactive outreach)
- To prospects (over phone, email, LinkedIn and any other contacting channel available) with the responsibility of following the Pre-sales Process.
- Explain the product/software features to the prospects and follow up on a regular basis.
- Help existing customers answer any queries related to add on services, pricing etc. Grow revenue from these accounts
- Achieve strong customer satisfaction, and call quality. Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests
- Identify where improvement is needed in sales practices and make suggestions for improvements
- Identify opportunities of cross sell / up sell and complete sales targets
