We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist in all aspects of marketing operations and collaborate with extended teams to launch effective communication and promotional strategies for our B2B and B2C channels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate with design agencies and external consultants to implement and manage ad campaigns on various platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
• Assist in the development of compelling copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.
• Contribute to marketing and advertising promotional activities including but not limited to social media content calendars, ad campaigns, and email marketing.
• Manage in-store marketing in collaboration with the in-house operations team.
• Perform due diligence on websites to ensure accuracy of content, hyperlinks, and SEO optimization.
• Plan effective and engaging content ideas targeting relevant keywords for the website, landing pages, and industry-related blogs. Collaborate with the in-house web developer to ensure successful implementation.
• Market analysis capabilities and assist in the organization of participation at grassroots events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Generate marketing reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for future strategies.
• Coordinate internal and external (suppliers, social networks, design, etc.) communications.
• Better follow up and communication with recurring and sporadic customers and those who have contacted us but not yet purchased.


Requirements and skills

• Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
• Agility and reach
• Outstanding multitasking abilities
• Required – Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both, English and Spanish
• Required – Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Preferred – Moderate skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Preferred – Knowledge of website best practices and SEO
