Professional Services Assistant at BairesDev

Join our team as a Professional Services Assistant and play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of exceptional services to our clients. You will be responsible for assisting the Professional Services team in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.

What You Will Do

- Assist in scheduling client meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the Professional Services team.
- Provide administrative support during client engagements, including note-taking and action item tracking.
- Assist in compiling and analyzing data for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Here is what we are looking for:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (desirable).
- Advanced level of English.
