UX/UI Designer Manager at BairesDev

We need someone to oversee the implementation of the UX process among other designers and collaborate closely with teams across the organization.

As the UX/UI Design Manager, you will

- Lead the UX/UI design team to create overall user experience concepts within a business site or product, ensuring that all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers to use.
- Mentor the design team across teams to identify and propose actionable solutions to user needs.
- Design for HCI usability and accessibility with a deep understanding of Apple, Android, and responsive design guidelines.
- Keep the team up to date and educate them on new or changing web and app creative trends and technologies.
- Stay current on new or changing research methodologies and trends and educate the team on them.
- Analyze information from multiple sources, including consumer trends, competitors, user experience labs, search, and social activity, to inform improvements and strategies for current designs and processes.
- Combine data-driven and user-centered methodologies for better results.

Here is what we are looking for:

- 7+ years of UX design experience.
- 2+ years of UX leadership experience
- Expertise in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of basic front-end languages such as HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript (a plus).
- Advanced level of English.
