Front-end QA Analyst at BairesDev
As a QA Analyst, lead in crafting comprehensive test strategies and methodologies. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, with a strong focus on UI and UX. While automation skills are highly valued, the primary focus will be maintaining a business-oriented quality mindset and handling customer issues from our service desk tool.
What you will do:
- Focus on the overall quality of the product from a user and business perspective, ensuring that it delivers value and meets user needs.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues, collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution, participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, and provide feedback on requirements, design, and implementation.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality and compliance with requirements, performing thorough testing of UI and UX elements.
- Monitor and respond to customer issues: diagnose, document, and resolve customer issues, escalating to development teams when necessary.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in IT.
- 2+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on testing Front-end- UX/UI.
- Strong understanding of best practices, such as SOLID and clean code, focusing on scalable solutions.
- Extensive experience with code reviews, writing automated tests, and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and maintaining high code coverage.
- Experience with service desk tools and ticketing systems.
- Advanced level of English.
