About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Recruitment and HR Analyst to manage talent acquisition for sales force and retail teams. This role will also support HR generalist functions, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and driving key human capital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for sales force and retail sector teams
Full HR generalist support: administration, employee relations, training, and engagement programs
Manage conflict resolution with a strong focus on emotional intelligence
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
Support organizational culture and employee engagement strategies
Profile Requirements:
Prior experience in recruitment and HR in the retail or commercial sector
Strong knowledge of labor legislation in El Salvador or Guatemala
Ability to manage fast-paced sales and retail environments
Competencies in conflict management, assertive communication, empathy, and leadership
Energetic, resilient, and results-driven profile
Experience as an HR Generalist (strongly preferred)
