As a Team Lead - Transaction Processing Associate IV is responsible for performing processor duties and serving as a point person for the unit. This person will work in collaboration with the other Leads and Supervisor in assisting staff to meet contract requirements as they relate to timeliness and quality. Qualified candidates will bring forward innovative strategies for continuous operational improvements that result in increased staff productivity, accuracy, and efficiency

What you will be doing:


Perform Single Streamlined Application Processor duties as required.
Demonstrate the ability to take ownership and complete special projects.
Provide Overtime coverage for staff as needed.
Work with Supervisors and staff to ensure processing standards as outlined in the contract are met.
Assist in the resolution of common staff problems/misunderstandings, reporting problems and resolutions to Supervisor.
Participate in daily leadership calls relative to goal setting, quality results and outstanding cases.
Represent the team in the absence of the Supervisor.
Provide overtime coverage when needed.
Other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements


Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Must have a Bachelor's degree /Application Processing experience.
Must be able to pass 37 - 40 wpm typing test.
Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
