Tech-Americas is hiring a Service Desk Analyst with strong experience in both service desk and desktop support. This role is critical in ensuring smooth and secure IT operations that support clinical and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide remote and on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and healthcare peripherals.
• Install and maintain software and operating systems (Windows/macOS) using Microsoft Intune.
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (wired/wireless).
• Manage device and user access policies through Microsoft Intune and Azure AD.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in service desk and desktop support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Intune, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Healthcare IT experience is preferred but not required.
• Advanced English level is required.
This is an on-site position located in Zone 10, Guatemala.
