Job Description:
We are looking for a Desktop & Applications Analyst with experience in device management, deployment automation, and technical support in Windows environments. This role is essential to provide support for physical and virtual endpoints, ensure efficient deployments, and maintain modern platforms such as Intune, MECM, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and support physical and virtual devices (BIOS, drivers, networking, peripherals).
Deploy operating systems and applications using Microsoft Intune, MECM, Autopilot, or MDT.
Manage virtual environments with Azure AD, Azure Virtual Desktop, FSLogix, and OneDrive.
Implement configuration policies using Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and Intune CSP.
Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell (preferred).
Administer user profiles, data migration, and folder redirection.
Position Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience in technical support or system administration.
Proven experience with Intune, Autopilot, MECM, and Azure AD.
Knowledge of application virtualization (FSLogix) and image deployment.
Strong documentation skills and advanced troubleshooting capabilities.
PowerShell scripting experience is a plus.
