. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can build rapport quickly, maintain professional boundaries (no legal advice), and manage a high volume of outbound calls with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call clients and schedule attorney consultation meetings
• Clearly explain the purpose of the consultation without offering legal advice.
• Maintain a respectful, calm, and friendly demeanor throughout all client interactions.
• Accurately document each call, including call status, follow-up needs, and client feedback in the case management system.
• Schedule and confirm consultation appointments while avoiding scheduling conflicts.
• Send a daily midday report outlining progress, metrics, and any urgent client needs.
• Follow up with clients as needed to ensure scheduling completion and reduce no-show rates.
• Work collaboratively with intake and legal teams to support the scheduling process and enhance client engagement.
Required Qualifications:
• Fluent in English C1-C2
• Prior experience in a high-volume call environment (customer service, medical scheduling, intake coordination, etc.).
• Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using CRM or case management tools for data entry and tracking.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Clear understanding of boundaries—must not provide legal advice under any circumstances.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet daily outreach and scheduling goals.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative where needed.
