We are seeking a Collections Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing the accounts receivable (AR) process for our clients. Depending on your experience and proficiency, you may join as a Process Associate, Senior Process Associate, or Process Lead. You will ensure timely collections, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

General Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and client-specific policies.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle a portfolio of accounts and meet collection and aging targets.
- Assist customers with repayment solutions and escalate disputes.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure SLA compliance.
- Lead process improvement initiatives.
- Develop strategies for complex accounts and credit challenges.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or higher; relevant certifications are a plus.
- English proficiency.
- Ideally familiarity with DGEM Tech and automation tools.

Experience:
- 1–3 years for Senior Associate
- Time and task management
- Conflict resolution and negotiation
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Client relationship management
- Technology awareness and innovation
- Leadership and mentoring (for senior levels)
