Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our team in managing content, analyzing performance metrics and executing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and eager to grow in the field of marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the production of marketing materials
Manage and update the marketing materials for the client.
Ideally track and report on campaign performance
Maintain marketing databases and ensure accurate contact lists
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
0–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
