QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor or Technical degree in Engineering, Electricity, Electronics, Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency - mandatory
• English bilingual proficiency - preferred
• Proven experience of minimum of 5 years in Service, Customer Service fields acting in Service leadership roles.
• Experience of minimum 3 years working in the Household Appliances Industry is preferred.
• Experience with High-End and Luxury Appliances is preferred.
• Solid knowledge on how to manage Service teams.
• Strong capabilities to evaluate and create business opportunities in order to improve revenue income
• Ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Willingness to stay updated on product specifications and industry trends
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams)
• Ability to travel locally and internationally
• Availability to participate on Trainings (Virtual and Presential)
• U.S. visa required
