We’re looking for a Bookkeeper / Controller-type professional to support the financial operations of our organization. This person will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with audits, and ensuring a clear and organized paper trail for all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Track and categorize expenses, revenue, and other financial data
• Prepare documentation and reports for internal and external audits
• Ensure all financial records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready
• Organize receipts, invoices, bank statements, and related paperwork
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Identify discrepancies and propose corrections when needed
• Collaborate with external accountants or auditors as required
Ideal Profile:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration
• Familiarity with audit processes and maintaining supporting documentation
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
