We are seeking Administrative Assistants to join our Central Emails Team. The ideal candidates will be tech-savvy, organized, and possess strong English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and manage assigned department email inboxes.
• Download documents from emails and store them under the appropriate client
matters.
• Identify corresponding client matters (CL) and text or email clients (CLs) to
confirm receipt of documents.
• Notify the assigned legal team of any received documents.
• Upload documents to the correct client matter in the system.
• Respond to email notifications from agencies and log into the agency's online portal to download results
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
• Proficiency with email management and document handling software.
• Prior experience in a legal, agency, or customer service environment is a plus.
