We are looking for a Regional Controller with strong experience in managing and analyzing Profit & Loss statements (P&L) to serve as a key strategic partner in commercial and financial decision-making across the region.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or a related field.
Master’s degree in Finance (preferred).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial control or controllership roles, with a regional scope.
Proven regional experience managing operations in more than 5 countries.
Solid background in P&L management and analysis.
Fluent advanced English is a must (spoken and written).
SAP proficiency (desirable)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to interact with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and consolidate financial performance of business units across the region.
Interpret P&L results to support strategic commercial, operational, and financial decisions.
Prepare executive reports and presentations with actionable recommendations for senior management.
Identify opportunities for improvement in cost structure, margins, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and FP&A teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
