Capgemini Guatemala, a leader in technology services, is looking for a *HR Service Desk Associate* who is eager to grow professionally by providing support with administrative processes for the employees of one of our clients.
?? Important: This position is not part of our Human Resources department.
?? Main responsibilities:
??Respond to client’s queries accurately (via phone, email and case management system).
??Process, administer & provide support to employees’ transactions such as employment letters, user activation, changes to personal information, employee promotions, resignations and terminations, etc.
??Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures.
??Process leave & absence requests.
?? What We’re Looking For:
??Strong problem solving and time management skills.
??Excellent communication (written and verbal).
??Excellent job presentation
??Fluent in English is a MUST (B2+)
