Trilingual HR Helpdesk Associate.

Capgemini Guatemala, a leader in technology services, is looking for a Trilingual HR Helpdesk Associate who is eager to grow professionally by providing support with administrative processes for the employees of one of our clients.

?? Important: This position is not part of our Human Resources department.

?? Main responsibilities:

?? Respond to client’s queries accurately (via phone, live chat, email and case management system).
??Process, administer & provide support to employees’ transactions (Workforce administration, case management, HR helpdesk, etc.).
??Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures.
??Process leave & absence requests.

?? What We’re Looking For:

??Strong background as a helpdesk associate.
??Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, job organization and time management skills.
??System data entry experience is desirable.
??MUST HAVE: Advanced Excel Level
??MUST HAVE: Fluent in English and French is a MUST (C1 level or higher for both languages).
