ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Design and build scalable APIs that handle thousands of concurrent delivery operations
- Develop full-stack features across our web and mobile applications using Node.js, Angular, TypeScript, and Flutter
- Architect solutions for complex logistics challenges involving real-time tracking, route optimization, and driver management
- Lead technical decisions and code reviews while mentoring junior developers
- Optimize database performance across MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MariaDB
- Implement cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform
- Drive best practices in testing, documentation, and continuous deployment

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in:
- Node.js and TypeScript
- Angular framework (React knowledge is a plus)
- RESTful API design and implementation
- Database design with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar
- Git version control and collaborative development
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS acceptable)

- Fluent English (you'll collaborate with US-based teams)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to commute to our Guatemala office once per week
