Position Summary
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on IT Systems & Infrastructure Manager to lead,
improve, and scale our company’s core IT operations. This individual will own the decisionmaking for the company’s internal infrastructure — including networking, surveillance
systems, Microsoft 365 environments, email and domain administration, and digital
systems in our warehouses — while working closely with an existing technical support
resource.
This is a key leadership role for someone who can balance day-to-day IT stability with longterm planning and system upgrades, ensuring performance, scalability, and security
across all sites.
Core Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of all IT
infrastructure across the organization.
• Manage the company’s internet networks, internal LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches,
and wireless infrastructure.
• Oversee the administration of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint,
OneDrive) and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Make informed decisions regarding upgrades, replacements, and IT tools —
including cameras, displays, servers, and email systems.
• Maintain the performance and security of surveillance (CCTV/IP) systems and their
storage infrastructure.
• Coordinate with the current IT support resource to delegate operational tasks and
streamline troubleshooting.
• Define, document, and standardize IT processes and escalation procedures.
• Own the configuration and availability of screens and digital signage at warehouse
and office locations.
• Manage vendors and service providers (ISPs, hardware/software providers,
consultants).
• Plan for disaster recovery, backups, and failover solutions.
• Lead IT budgeting, procurement planning, and lifecycle management of assets.
• Report directly to senior leadership and provide visibility on IT performance and
risks.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 2 years in a
leadership or decision-making role.
• Proven experience managing networks, internet connectivity, cloud-based tools,
and internal systems.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and email/domain
management (DNS, SPF, DKIM, etc.).
• Understanding of IP surveillance systems and display technologies.
• Fluent in English at C1/C2 level — both spoken and written.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and team coordination skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
• High level of integrity, ownership, and accountability.
