We are looking for a French HR Helpdesk Associate!
What will you do in this role?
- Assist employees from a renown international company with inquires about HR Procedures.
- Provide follow ups in needed scenarios to solve the different inquiries from employees overseas.
- Walk employees through automated systems to solve their queries.
Qualifications:
- Advanced French and English proficiency (required)
- 1+ years of experience providing customer service for French and English speakers.
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Excellent attitude.
