We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others, with a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills, to join our team as Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (CSR). You will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service in both English and Spanish, resolving inquiries, complaints, and service issues.

Responsibilities
• Provide customer service and technical support over the phone.
• Handle and resolve customer issues effectively and professionally.
• Use company tools to manage and follow up on each case.
• Communicate assertively and clearly with clients.
• Meet established quality and performance goals.

Requirements
• Advanced English proficiency: at least 75% spoken and written (80% preferred).
• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Availability for PM shifts.
• Preferred experience in customer service (phone or in-person), and mobile device support.
• Basic computer skills and good typing speed.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to frequent changes.

• 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
(All shifts include rotating days off.)
