About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist to join our CX team environment. This role focuses on delivering exceptional support through meaningful customer interactions, requiring strong verbal and written communication skills, empathetic listening, and the ability to provide comprehensive solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced settings, excels at building customer relationships, and consistently ensures positive experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your expertise in understanding customer needs, resolving complex inquiries, and maintaining high service standards will be crucial in creating seamless customer journeys and fostering long-term relationships.



Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound calls, chats and/or emails, providing efficient and friendly customer service in English.

Resolve order and delivery challenges with a customer-centric approach.

Utilize active listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively.

Collaborate with team members to optimize the delivery process.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies.

Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance.

Achieve performance metrics related to interaction handling and customer satisfaction.

Contribute to the development of best practices in customer service.

Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service.


Requirements:

Experience: 6+ months of experience in customer service (required).

Schedule flexibility (evenings, weekends and holidays).

Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site.

Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.

Language: English B2 Spoken & Written (CEFR).
