About the Role:
We are seeking a talented UI Designer to join our Content & Creative Marketing Operations team for a strategic Telecommunications brand. This role is ideal for someone with a strong visual design sense and a passion for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The UI Designer will collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and creative leads to bring marketing content to life across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for marketing campaigns and digital experiences
- Translate wireframes and creative briefs into polished UI designs
- Evaluate and rationalize design solutions, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision, business context, and project KPIs
- Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and content strategists to ensure seamless execution
- Maintain consistency in visual design across all platforms and devices
- Prepare and deliver design assets for development and production
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback efficiently
- Stay current with UI trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in UI design, preferably in a marketing or digital agency environment
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI design work across web and mobile
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
