Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-oriented Design Team Manager to lead the creative team for a strategic Telecommunications brand. In this role, you will partner closely with the client’s multi-functional marketing leadership, build trusted client partnerships, and lead a team of designers to ensure consistent delivery excellence. You will oversee creative project delivery from concept to execution, ensuring design quality, innovation, and alignment with KPIs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a large studio and project management creative team
Oversee complex creative and content delivery from concept through execution
Provide creative direction and technical guidance across all engagements
Implement and monitor quality standards across all creative deliverables
Ensure delivery excellence through strong governance and review mechanisms
Cultivate strategic client partnerships and enhance client satisfaction
Stay ahead of design, AI, and digital marketing trends
Identify new opportunities to expand the team’s scope of work
Translate client business goals into creative solutions with measurable results


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
8–10 years of experience in a creative leadership role within a branding/design agency
Proven experience managing global marketing, creative, and content operations
3–5 years of experience managing direct reports and mentoring talent
Strong portfolio showcasing digital ads, landing pages, and motion graphics
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Soft Skills:
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Strong collaborator with leadership capabilities
Creative and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail
Experience working with telecom, CPG, or retail clients is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated and effective in fast-paced, collaborative settings
