Role Overview:
Capgemini’s team is seeking a Creative QA Lead to ensure the highest standards of quality across digital, social, programmatic, and print campaigns for a strategic telecommunications brand. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong eye for detail, leadership experience, and a passion for creative excellence. You’ll lead a team of specialists and collaborate with designers, content strategists, and production teams to deliver flawless marketing assets.

Main responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Creative QA team
Oversee complex content delivery projects
Validate copy, layout, branding, and design accuracy
Provide feedback to designers and writers before client delivery
Document QA processes and optimize workflows
Mentor QA managers and collaborate cross-functionally
Ensure alignment with client briefs and brand standards

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field
8–10 years of experience in creative QA (agency or marketing environment)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong portfolio of high-quality design work
Experience managing direct reports and developing talent
Excellent organizational and time management skills
