Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our Content & Creative Marketing Operations team for a strategic Telecommunications brand. This role is ideal for someone with a strong visual design sense and a passion for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and creative leads to bring marketing content to life across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for marketing campaigns and digital experiences
Apply deep knowledge of UI/UX principles to create designs using existing style guides or develop new design systems
Create wireframes, user flows, flow diagrams, and storyboards to communicate design concepts
Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and content strategists for seamless execution
Uphold high standards of user-centered design and iterate based on usability testing
Deliver high-quality UX work on time, showcasing expertise in detailed interactions
Prepare and deliver design assets for development and production
Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback
Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
6–8 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a marketing or digital agency
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
Strong portfolio showcasing UI design work across web and mobile
Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
Ability to craft compelling design narratives and present them effectively
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
