Capgemini Guatemala is looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist!

Overview:

In this position you will be operating as a Finance Specialist supporting large financial exercises along with report ellaboration and presentations in the same area for one of Capgemini's clients abroad.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare and submit SOCS 5500 reports, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.
Gather, analyze, and consolidate accounting data for end-of-month reconciliation reporting.
Present results in compliance with governmental requirements and applicable regulations.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the quality and consistency of reported data.
Provide support in accounting reporting tasks within a multinational environment.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in advanced English.
May participate in technical assessments related to reporting tasks (if required by the client.)

Qualifications:

7-9 years of experience working in financial reporting for multinational companies.
Proven experience in preparing and presenting SOCS 5500 reports is a must.
Advanced accounting knowledge.
Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, for communication in international settings.
Strong analytical skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with accounting and reporting tools (e.g., ERP systems, advanced Excel).
