Allied Global is now hiring Recruiting Jr Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Effectively managing the recruitment and selection process.
• Lead the recruitment process and designing effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates by using databases and social media
• Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met
• Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
• Attend job fairs and careers events
Requirements
• Proven 3+ years work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Recruiter Supervisor
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
• Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
• Familiarity with social media
• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Organizational Psychology
• Fluent English (verbal and written communication)
• Schedule flexibility
