Role: Talent Acquisition Market Consultant and Analyst

Role purpose.

This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner Center of Excellence (COE) Senior Director and will focus on Conduent's global Talent Acquisition capabilities, markets and data that will relay key information needed for the business to be successful. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition, Sales, Marketing and Business leaders to ensure they are informed, equipped and prepared with the latest information on labor market strategies, wage information and TA capabilities and results. This role will focus on building consistency in TA reporting, wage valuation and relevant market research to become a single, credible source for that information to the business. This role will provide both strategic and tactical information as well as creative solutions on a very wide range of needs.

What we are looking for


A depth of experience working in Talent Acquisition in Marketing, Recruiting, Reporting or other Analyst role.
Strong familiarization with ATS systems and comfortable with recruiting technology and the standard metrics for the function and how they interact.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of TA data through the development and enhancement of ATS metrics and reporting
Partner with the business to ensure the data translates to information that they need and is understood in terms of trends, impact and meaning
Understand KPIs and be able to identify the metrics that impact overall performance as well as identify what is needed to improve process and drive operational excellence and standardization across the function
Provide Market information as needed in an Ad Hoc environment, anticipate the data that will be needed to make an informed decision through the use of Conduent tools and importantly be able to be creative to identify sources of information available on the internet
Be able to collect information from a wide range of sources, construct it in a coherent manner to turn data into information that is relevant for the purpose.
Be able to build and present information through Powerpoint, Excel and other programs as needed. A strong skillset in Microsoft office and other tools suitable for purpose.
Someone comfortable with a wide range of needs with little direction or process. Someone with a passion to find answers to complex issues and needs.
Strong foundation of Talent Acquisition knowledge as well as Talent Marketing, Compensation concepts and is in touch with basic labor laws, concepts and trends both locally and globally
