COMPENSATIONS AND TRAINING CHIEF

Responsibilities:
The Compensations and Training Chief will be accountable for providing accurate & functional Compensations & Training support to general staff & business.

• Design and/or delivery of remuneration, benefits and retention programmes for business.
• Maintain overview of local and regional Remuneration structures and employment markets to ensure policies remain competitive, managing local market surveys as required.
• Provides support and advice for remunerations/benefits policies/processes to HR Manager, Line Managers and/or related staff.
• Supervise the HR Payroll Team, provides support, advice and guidance to subordinates. Ensure timely and accurate delivery for Payroll.
• Assure data quality & integrity for the Payroll, Remuneration/Benefits Processes & HR System.
• Design, administrate/plan and execute the training programme.
• Implement training needs analysis model/tool, assess the gap and recommend the required learning programme. Prepare, administer, collect, analyses and monitor feedback from learning events. Contribute to diagnostic work for and design of new programmes and interventions Implement improvement actions.
• Conduct job evaluations and performance ranking processes.
• Assure application of HR processes, policies and systems.

Requirements:
• Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or related career. Bachelor's required.
• Master's Degree in Human Resources preferred (as a plus)
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience within Human Resources (large corporate environment preferred).
• Account internal client management of approximately 900 employees.
• Proven experience in generalist HR work with ability to influence at all levels within the organization through effective interpersonal and delivery skills
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Strong knowledge for compensations/benefits structures, training programmes & performance ranking processes (mandatory).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment and across multiple stakeholder groups
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The Company is located at San Rafael Las Flores, Santa Rosa, 1.5 hours from Carretera a El Salvador. The candidate must reside on site.
