Capgemini Guatemala is looking for an HR Reporting Specialist!

What will you do in this role?

· Analyze client data, identify trends, and offer insights to enhance HR decision-making processes and to drive continuous improvement within the HR Reporting function.
· Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues, deliver solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
· Prioritize the HR reporting queue to ensure clients receive timely service, updates and have clear expectations about when they can expect their report(s).

Qualifications:

· 4+ years of experience working in the HR reporting area or any other similar reporting industry.
· Academic background in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or any other related field.
· Demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing complex HR reports and dashboards.
· Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Ability to manage multiple client engagements and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Efficient in Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Word
· Workday / Oracle HR/ SAP HR certification(s) in reporting or related areas & experience using them.
· Advanced English proficiency.
